Ever since, I told my friends that I wanted to go to overseas to continue my study, I got a lots of opinions about it. Some said that's "fine" while some others "not". What I need now is that, people around me could give some advice of what to do with this. Frankly, that I'm getting confused about it. In one hand, I've promised to myself that I've to make it comes true, and in the other hand I should think of my friends opinion. However, from what I know that study overseas could give me many different skills, see world in the new way, and attend University in the overseas would be the most unforgetable thing in my life. Therefor I'd like to prove to my friends that we can't judge something till we prove it ourself. Furthermore, stand in this side for me could mean that I'm selvish. As, what I face now, I have people around me pray for me to be able to catch the opportunity of "one and half month study in AUSTRALY". Let me tell you that, my family really support me especially my lovely "Grandma". She wonder about it, otherwise, the circle friends of mine especially my girl classmates said that I should think over of doing so. They are worried about the custom of the foreigners, their behave, and attitude in interacting with. I should admit that it is a big challenging which I'd overcome by my own way........
Peace be with you, today is Wednesday,March, 28 in 2007. I've finished my classes. Just then Icame to here and found Mr. Anthony with his company. A few minutes, later both left alone. Mr Anthony went to have lunch while his friend somewhere. Since, I was left alone I thought that I'd better checked my e-mail. when I checked my e-mail I did not find any new message. Then, I decided to take a look of my Blog. I did more actions to it.

Hi.... I'm Ahmad Hidayat.I used to be called dayat, by my friends. Actually, whatever my nickname is, it would'nt bothers me a lot. One thing sure that, I have some nicknames include Dayat, ahmad, asrul, accung, and yayat. However, people around me usually call me either Dayat or Yayat. Especially for Yayat, it has an interesting story to know. It is given by someone, who always watch me, everything about me. I admit that, she is a girl, my clasmate, and I used to expexted that someday I could be her husband. It still lasts untill now. Furthermore, I heard myself from my cousin that, she said that "nobody allow to call me with it but her". That's why I think that it is interesting to know.
Frankly, that I do like her. If ever, someday my dream about her comes true I'd be very happy. I could'nt imagine how life to be with a girl like her with me. If ever, fate will it otherwise, so I'll try to accept it as good fate. Furthermore, I 'd try to be a good lifemate to anybody. In my religion teaching (islam) , it taught that "a good moeslem wouldn't get married but a good moeslemah and the opposite is true. I see a lots of good things from her, include her attitude, behavior,and dress style. Those things make me crazy of her. here some sentences I declare for her as my amazement symbols. Even if, she is going to hate me a lot someday I'll keep consider that she is my soulmate for good. let's say no more about it.
Now you'll find out How biased am I? Let me tell that I used to think of poeple who are moeslem meanwhile they do not act as moeslem do, as bad people, hated them so much especially the women. I as though do not and would not care of them. Just then, I relised that How cruel I was toward my brothers and sisters. Can any of you imagine that?. Let me tell you that I ever asked her to tell me her problem. However, I do not know wether she wants or not. I do expect myself that she likes to tell me what's going on honestly. At least I offered my help to her because she always helps me to solve any of my problem, whenever,and, whatever it is. That's why I think that I have to help her this time. One thing sure that, it depends on her.

making draft of thesis

You know what, when I was in the sixth semester I was taught by Mr. Hamdan in making our own first draft. At that time all of us were had make it by ourself. However, you could cheated from the other else, he said. Probably, because of that thing most of us did it. But, I myself, thought that I had to doit by myself. Then, thank to many people include; Mr Anthony, kak Musafir, kak Saidah, Ibu ety, and, of course Mr Muis I could do it and when I presented it, I did it. However, there some things to revise later on. It was potential to be my real thesis later on, said Mr Hamdan. Therefore, I tried to do my best. To tell you the truth that I had many people help me. I also consulted it to my mommy, Lelymom.

ENGLISH FOR ME

Ever since, I entered INSTITUT AGAMA ISLAM NEGERI ALAUDDIN MAKASSAR or nowdays, it is called MAKASSAR STATE ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY. I did choose English department as my major. I believe that it could make my life changes.Thank GOD, I passed. I've been an English student for three last years. I found many interesting experience with it. Ar first, I think that English could be dificult for me because of mastering it. Therefor, I always asked and have the others else who I think could help me. I used to bboth its stucture and grammar rules. Then, I realized that, it is not as difficult as I think and as easy I do. As days went on I felt my English is better than before. I keep trying and do my best toe Mr.Michael Edward Mc Coy's student in the PIKIH program. I and my friends learned English from him for about one semester. It was really help me in both increasing and developing my English. Days went on so fast for me.Finally, the PIKIH program end.

Since then, I tried to increase and developed my English myself. There about one year later, a new fellow came and replaced Mr.Mc Coy. I am very happy with this. Then I tried to get acquanted with him. I didn't know exactly when it was. At first, I felt shy and worried but then I introduced myself to him actually I found that he is friendly, kind and humble as I saw. Since then, I and my clasmates made a good friendship with him till now. Furthermore, he always had time for me and my friends for disscussing a choosen topic. During his coming I andhim always go together in almost every English programs. We went to Tanjung Bira in Bulukumba regency, Malino, and Bone. We also met with Students of SMAN 16 Makassar on jln Amannagappa. Those some of our activities. I do hope that this friendship could last for good. I had one unforgetable thing that I learned from him, namely making an email and also blog. Thank to him I could do it. If ever, he dinn't teach thes things, I possibly could not how important life it is.Therefor,I considered that, this is the finest thing happened in my life ever. Thanks toMr Mc Coy, Mr zak, kak Musafir, and especially to Pak Muis.Thank you all may God blessed you. Furthermore, UIN Alauddin Makassar has an English teachers' resources centre at present. This thank to Mr. Zak. thingsFrom this we may know that he ead been doing many for us in UIN Alauddin Makassar, especially English students.

I do know that life in this world is just once. What to do with this, is that try to use this chance well. as Aa Gim said that Time would run without carrying toward any of us. That's why we have to realized that how important this life is. So, do not waste your time by doing unuseful things or let it just leaves you. We can learn any kinds of knowledge and skills. O.k berikutnya adalah pernyataantentang jati diriQ yang sebenarnya. Siapa sih Aq. Banyak yang mengatakan bahwa Aq ini orang ininya jutek, mahal senyumna, pokokna susah ditebak gitu. Tapi satu hal yang pasti bahwa Aq adalah Aq kenapa harus menjadi orang lain,sementara semua orang punya hak tersendiri yang istilah kerennya disebut HAM.
